Position Summary This position requires leadership for the Electrical Engineering group. The position will be responsible to see that the group is properly trained to do their jobs effectively. This position plans and coordinates all projects for Micromatic Products LLC's Automation equipment product line. This position will assist in the definition of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. In addition, design of project goals and gate checks which will determine how success will be measured and tracked. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. Liaison between the project teams and upper management.
