Job Description Job Summary The Engineering Manager leads the manufacturing engineering team in designing, optimizing, and executing CNC machining processes for critical commercial, aerospace and defense components. This role ensures all engineering operations meet strict quality, regulatory, and production standards while driving continuous improvement and mentoring engineering staff.
