JOB PURPOSE: The Engineering Supervisor provides first-line technical and supervisory support for the Product Engineering team comprised of Product Design Engineers, Product Engineering Technicians, Product Design Engineering Architects, and R&D Technician. This role bridges hands-on product technical work with team supervision. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise engineering activities related to Product Drawings, Bills of Materials, CNC Programs, and Routings. Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring engineering deliverables, documentation, and change controls are completed on time. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve technical issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, or cost. Provide timely technical guidance for specifications, design interpretation, and custom product requirements.
