Description Structural Project Engineer Position Description The Structural Project Engineer at Cushing Terrell is an on-site position based in our Boise, Idaho office, with reasonable flexibility for occasional project site visits. What does this role involve day to day? Working with more independence than an entry-level engineer, this Project Engineer owns structural design decisions on assigned projects, directs and reviews calculation packages and Revit documentation prepared by Staff Engineers and EITs, resolves design conflicts directly with architecture, MEP, and civil teams, and leads QA/QC reviews across our retail, healthcare, commercial, education, government, living, and infrastructure markets. What will I create? Rather than producing calculations from scratch, you will direct and validate the technical work of others, own coordinated construction documents end to end, and mentor Staff Engineers and EITs as they develop.
