French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer for our Structural Department in Wall or Newark, NJ. Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design for building systems including steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures. Prepare structural calculations, technical reports, and supporting design documentation. Assist with the preparation of construction documents including drawings, specifications, and details. Coordinate structural design with other internal disciplines including civil, mechanical, electrical, and architecture. Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs during construction. Assist with field observations and site visits to evaluate existing structures and construction progress. Support project managers with scheduling, coordination, and technical deliverables.
