About the Role As a Staff Process Engineer at Veho, you will be a core practitioner within our Process Engineering team, sitting at the intersection of the physical warehouse world and our product and technology stack. This is an IC-4 individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Process Engineering. Your core purpose is to own the industrial engineering fundamentals, process standardization, and facility layout across Veho's warehouse network - while acting as the critical bridge between Ground Operations and our Product and Engineering teams. You will ensure that what we build in software actually works on the floor, and that operator voices shape our product roadmap.
