JOB TITLE: Engineering Technician II DEPARTMENT/DIVISION: Municipal Services REPORTS TO: Municipal Services Director SUMMARY OF FUNCTION: Participate in and perform engineering work involving responsibility for independent application of technical knowledge and skill to engineering problems in the field or office. Act as a member of a survey team and construction inspector of municipal engineering projects. Perform drafting and assist in engineering design work. Act on behalf of the Engineering Technician in his or her absence and perform related work as required.
