Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Process Engineer with a background in materials science or mechanical engineering to support advanced surface treatment and coating operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between R&D, engineering, and production-driving daily contract reviews, designing custom fixturing, troubleshooting vacuum furnace equipment, and ensuring rigorous quality compliance across AS9100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP standards. Key Responsibilities Master and apply advanced surface treatment and coating processes, focusing primarily on Cathodic Arc Physical Vapor Deposition (CAPVD) and Magnetron Sputtering Physical Vapor Deposition (MSPVD), with secondary exposure to Plasma Nitriding, Salt Bath Nitriding, Thermal Diffusion, and Heat Treating.
