Scope of the Role Join the hidalgo county regional mobility authority (HCRMA), along with the City of Pharr. The Design Engineer delivers in-house civil design packages that support safe, compliant transportation and drainage projects for the community. This position ensures plans and technical documentation align with TxDOT, municipal, and standard design practices.
