Description Reports to: Water/Wastewater Engineering Supervisor Job Summary: The position is responsible for the planning, engineering, and construction of the water distribution and wastewater collection system. Responsibilities include planning and oversight of HBPW driven projects, as well as site plan review, and expansion of the system through private development projects. This position also provides engineering support and construction oversight for the City of Holland snowmelt system. Essential Duties Act as Project Manager for water and wastewater capital improvement projects. Including, planning, budgeting, design, construction, operation, and maintenance. Develop and implement master plans, condition assessment programs, and asset management programs for water, wastewater, and snowmelt infrastructure.
