POSITION SUMMARY The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, improving, and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, and capital projects that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and overall operational performance. This position requires a strong combination of manufacturing engineering expertise and project management capability. The Manufacturing Engineer will lead projects from initial problem definition and concept development through business justification, implementation, validation, and handoff to Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in heat exchanger, pressure vessel, heavy fabrication, or similar engineered-to-order manufacturing environments.
