Engineering Technician Department: Manufacturing Research & Development The Engineering Technician will be responsible for assisting with design, CNC programing, machining operations, manufacturing and assembling test articles, maintaining R&D facility areas, and other duties. This job is multifaceted and requires the ability to collaborate with multiple groups and perform a variety of functions on a daily basis. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Provide technical support to MR&D team and Product Development teams. Job Duties include but are not limited to machining operations, composite part layup, waterjet operations, bandsaw trimming, paint booth, etc. Qualifications and Skills: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office), with CAD experience preferred (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam) Mechanical aptitude, with experience building prototypes, mock-ups, tooling, and working with composites preferred.
