SUMMARY: The Supervisor of Engineering Services is responsible for the engineering data, instructions, documents, and technical support that economically ensures the safety, airworthiness, and reliability of VSE Aviation Services. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervise a team of mechanical and electrical engineers, assigning and prioritizing tasks based on maintenance schedules. Collaborate with engineering staff to provide technical support and ensure cross-department cooperation. Delegate projects to engineers, ensuring alignment with production goals and customer priorities. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to engineering staff. Oversee engineering support for line, base, and heavy maintenance checks. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and approve engineering dispositions.
