Vice President of Engineering (Mechanical/Structural/Civil | PE Required | Creo & Windchill) Purpose of the Position: Provide strategic leadership, technical direction, and operational excellence for a growing engineering organization. This is a senior leadership role for a hands-on engineering leader who can build scalable processes, develop talent, and consistently deliver high-quality designs and engineered products on tight timelines and budgets.
