The Plant & Maintenance Engineering Intern will provide hands-on technical support across several high-impact areas within the plant. This includes designing and developing machine guarding solutions to improve safety and compliance, creating and updating electrical and mechanical schematics, and organizing and standardizing engineering documentation. The intern will also support active maintenance and capital projects through documentation, tracking, and data management. In addition, they will play a key role in supporting our ISO 50001 energy management efforts by assisting with documentation of the Energy Management System (EnMS), tracking energy performance data, and helping maintain audit-ready records. Finally, the intern will contribute to the development and sustainment of our Maintenance Technician Training & Growth Program by creating training materials, organizing skill development pathways, and improving documentation that supports technician effectiveness....
